His primary practice areas were business litigation, medical malpractice defense, and general insurance defense. Jason worked closely with some of the top defense attorneys in the State of Texas. He exercised a hands-on approach, and his employers allowed him more involvement with the litigation process than most of his peers. When tort reform took a toll on the defense work available, Jason saw an opportunity to start his own firm with the vast array of knowledge and expertise he had gained. He moved the firm to New Braunfels in 2006, intending to cater to this growing Texas community.
Through his satellite office in Victoria, TX, he focused on the smaller Texas counties extending to the gulf coast.
McMinn Law Firm’s approach involves a focus on litigation areas of law, which require experience, innovation, and personable trial techniques. Jason has had significant trial experience in personal injury cases since the formation of the firm.
Jason McMinn’s extensive experience on the defense side contributes to his skilled representation of plaintiffs in various personal injury cases. No case is too small for McMinn Law, and the McMinn attorneys are willing and able to assist their clients in battling large insurance companies who deny claims without merit.
